If someone had told me at the beginning that this could have worked so well virtually, I would have been dubious. I would have loved the opportunity to get to know everyone in person but virtual has worked!
My QI project has gone well and although it is not yet finished, I feel it is already making a big difference.
I found the topics fascinating …but I also found them practical, they were things I could go back and use.
Being inspired by people in leadership roles. Their honesty was refreshing. It made me think differently about my ability to do roles outside my comfort zone.
I have strengths I didn’t know I had…it gave me a boost to think about my career in different ways.
I feel much more able to step up and take the lead on things. I have developed my skills and know where to go for help when I am not sure.
I’ve got access to other people now with different ideas, I can see the benefit of networking in a way that I never understood before.
I feel so much more confident, clear about my contribution and willing to step up more and speak out.
‘The Quality Improvement (QI) input and the project has helped me to move forward a big piece of work in my organisation. This would not have happened without the programme’
‘I found the action learning sets really worthwhile. It was expertly facilitated and a very positive experience both presenting and listening to others’
‘360 was a very valuable exercise to recognise my strengths and areas for development’
‘I am much better at thinking big picture… stepping back and considering what else might be happening here’
