Eligible only for those who have completed all 3 of the following within the last 3 years: Attended the mandatory Syringe Pump training AND completed the LearnPro T34 Calculations module (GGC:100) AND have completed their T34 Competency Framework. This training session will enable registered nurses working within the district team to update their knowledge on pharmacology and case scenarios relating to the syringe pump. SAGE & THYME workshops support all clinical and non-clinical staff in using the evidence based skills required to provide person-centred support to people with emotional concerns or worries. Using a memorable structure each 2 hour 45 minutes online workshop reminds staff how to listen, and how to respond to distress in a way which empowers the patient. The workshops discourage staff from ‘fixing’ and demonstrate how to work with the patient’s own ideas and solutions first. Each workshop uses a mixture of small group work, lectures and videos. To register for a SAGE & THYME workshop participants must: Work in Health or Social Care (for example work in a Hospital, Health and Social Care Partnership, Care Home or Hospice setting) Have individual access to a PC/Laptop/Tablet with a camera and microphone for the full duration of the workshop.
