Compassionate car parking pass
It may be possible to arrange a 5 day compassionate car parking pass at Glasgow Royal Infirmary for the relatives of palliative care patients who are at the end of their life.
To arrange, the nurse should phone Apcoa on 552 2009, complete the template below and then print out on headed paper. This should be signed by the ward Doctor or Senior Charge Nurse and given to the family. The family should then take it to the Apcoa office in the multi-storey car park to collect the pass.
